KUALA LUMPUR - Shield Secure Network Sdn. Bhd. has successfully completed the supply and installation of a new PABX system, including cabling works, at the Office of Residential College 11, Universiti Malaya, Kuala Lumpur. The project was carried out to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and overall performance of the internal communication infrastructure within the college administration office.

The project involved the installation of a NEC SL2100 PABX system together with LCD keyphones to provide a more advanced and organized telephone communication solution. The scope of work included the supply of the PABX equipment, installation of the main system unit, telephone cabling works, configuration, testing, and commissioning to ensure the system operates smoothly according to the operational requirements of the office.

The NEC SL2100 PABX system was selected due to its reliable performance, flexible communication features, and capability to support modern office communication needs. The integration of LCD keyphones provides users with a clearer interface for managing calls, improving daily communication efficiency among staff members.
